The ZMM5221B THRU ZM5267B series are 0.5W silicon planar power zener diodes. They are designed for general-purpose applications requiring stable voltage references. Standard zener voltage tolerance is 5% with a "B" suffix, and 10% with an "A" suffix. Other tolerances are available upon request.
