Product Overview
The SR0540 THRU SR05200 series are Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers featuring patented Super Barrier Rectifier Technology. These rectifiers offer high thermal reliability, excellent high temperature stability, high forward surge capability, and ultra-low power loss for high efficiency. They are designed for single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads, with current derating for capacitive loads. The devices utilize a Schottky barrier chip and are housed in a TO-277 molded plastic package.
