Product Overview
The Z5W27V is a silicon diffused-junction type Zener Diode designed for overvoltage protection of electronic systems. It offers excellent clamp voltage characteristics and high surge power withstanding capabilities, making it ideal for absorbing load dump surges and providing excellent surge responsibility for steep surge absorption. Available in both surface mount and axial lead types, this diode is well-suited for automotive, commercial, and industrial electronic systems, including communications, controls, and measuring instruments. It is Automotive AEC-Q101 Qualified and MSL Level 1 guaranteed.
