Product Overview
The MUR2001 thru MUR2007 series are 20A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. They feature low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capability, high current capability, and low forward voltage drop due to their metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. A guard ring provides over-voltage protection. The devices are housed in a TO-220AB package with a copper base plate and plastic shell, meeting UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and are Halogen-free, RoHS-compliant.
