SURFACE MOUNT FAST SWITCHING RECTIFIER RS3AB THRU RS3MB
This series of surface mount fast switching rectifiers, ranging from 50 to 1000 Volts with a 3.0 Ampere current rating, offers high efficiency due to its fast switching capabilities. Designed with a low profile, plastic package (JEDEC DO-214AA) featuring underwriter's laboratory flammability Classification 94V-0 and built-in strain relief, these rectifiers are suitable for high-temperature soldering up to 250 for 10 seconds. The glass passivated chip junction ensures reliability. Applications include general purpose power rectification.
