The GBU8005 thru GBU810 series are 8.0A single-phase glass passivated bridge rectifiers offering reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V. These rectifiers are ideal for printed circuit board applications due to their glass passivated junction and molded plastic case with Underwriters Laboratory flammability recognition 94V-0. They feature high surge overload ratings up to 200 amperes peak and are designed for high temperature soldering (265/10s).
