The MB05M-MB10M series are 0.8 Amp glass-passivated bridge rectifiers designed for single-phase half-wave applications with a 60Hz frequency. These rectifiers offer super fast switching times for high efficiency, low forward voltage, low reverse leakage current, and high current capability. The plastic material used has a UL flammability classification of 94V-0. They are suitable for resistive or inductive loads, with a derating of 20% for capacitive loads.
