The MURS120 is a surface mount rectifier designed for various applications requiring low cost, low leakage, and low forward voltage drop with high current capability. It features a JEDEC DO-214AA molded plastic case and is suitable for single-phase, half-wave, 60 Hz, resistive or inductive load rectification. For capacitive loads, derating by 20% is recommended. The plastic material carries U/L recognition 94V-0 and is easily cleaned with common solvents like Alcohol and Isopropanol.
