The F1 thru F7 series are surface mount fast recovery rectifiers designed for general purpose applications. They feature glass passivated junctions, low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers are suitable for high temperature soldering up to 260C and comply with RoHS and WEEE directives.
