The MUR2005 THRU MUR2060 is a series of 20A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers from CHANGZHOU LANGJIE ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. These rectifiers offer low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability, making them ideal for low voltage, high frequency inverters. They feature a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, high current capability, low forward voltage drop, and a guard ring for overvoltage protection. The devices are housed in a TO-220AC package and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, being Halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.
