The MUR1009 T is a 10A Super Fast Barrier Rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. It features low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability due to its metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. The device offers high current capability, a low forward voltage drop, and a guard ring for over-voltage protection. Its TO-220AC package is molded plastic over a glass-passivated chip with a copper base plate and plastic shell, meeting UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and being Halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.
