The GLASS PASSIVATED SUPER FAST RECTIFIER SF32G THRU SF38G series offers a voltage range from 100 to 600 Volts and a current rating of 3.0 Amperes. These rectifiers feature low coat construction, fast switching for high efficiency, low reverse leakage, and high surge capacity. They are designed for high temperature soldering, guaranteed at 260/10 seconds with a 0.375(9.5mm) lead length. Suitable for general electronic equipment, they are not intended for high-reliability applications where malfunction could endanger human life.
