Product Overview
The ULN2803LV is an 8-channel Darlington transistor array designed for low-voltage systems. It features high current output, integrated freewheeling diodes for inductive loads, and direct compatibility with TTL/CMOS logic. This array is ideal for driving relays, stepper motors, displays, and as a logic buffer, offering a 500mA output current per channel at low input voltages as 1.8V. Parallel connection of Darlington transistors can increase output current capability.
