Glass passivated Littelfuse K0900E70AP voltage triggered SIDAC for operation in harsh environments
Product Overview
The Teccor brand Standard Bidirectional SIDACs (Kxxxzy) are silicon bilateral voltage-triggered switches designed for high-voltage applications. They activate when the applied voltage exceeds the SIDAC breakover voltage, transitioning to a low on-state voltage through a negative resistance region. Conduction is maintained until the current drops below the holding current. Featuring glass-passivated junctions for ruggedness and reliability in harsh environments, these SIDACs are suitable for high voltage power supplies, natural gas igniters, high-pressure sodium lamps, and xenon flash ignition. They are AC circuit oriented with triggering voltages ranging from 79V to 330V and are RoHS compliant.
