Product Overview
The 1N4001 thru 1N4007 series are general-purpose rectifiers with a voltage range of 50 to 1000 Volts and a current rating of 1.0 Ampere. These diodes feature an OJ chip junction, low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, high forward surge capability, and high reliability. They are suitable for high-temperature soldering up to 260 for 10 seconds. The components are housed in a transfer-molded plastic case (DO-41) with UL94V-0 flame retardant epoxy and plated axial leads.
