W005M-W10M Silicon Bridge Rectifiers are designed for general purpose applications with ratings up to 1000V PRVP and surge overload capabilities up to 40 Amperes peak. These rectifiers feature glass passivated chip junctions and a reliable, inexpensive molded plastic construction. They are lead solderable per MIL-STD-202 method 208.
