The MUR2005 THRU MUR2070 series are 20A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. They feature low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capability, and a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction. These rectifiers offer high current capability, low forward voltage drop, and a guard ring for overvoltage protection. They are housed in a TO-220AB package and are Halogen-free, RoHS-compliant, and of commercial grade.
