AXIAL FAST RECOVER RECTIFIER FR151 THRU FR157

The FR151 thru FR157 series are axial lead fast recovery rectifiers designed for through-hole mounting. These devices feature an "Oj chip junction" for fast switching, leading to high efficiency. They offer low leakage current, high forward surge capability, and high reliability, making them suitable for applications requiring efficient rectification and robust performance. The rectifiers are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering up to 260C for 10 seconds.
