The MUR2005 thru MUR2060 series are 20A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. They feature low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capability, and a high current capability with a low forward voltage drop. A guard ring provides over-voltage protection. The devices utilize a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction and are housed in a TO-220AB package.
