The MUR805 thru MUR860 series are 8A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. They feature low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capability, and a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction. With high current capability and low forward voltage drop, these rectifiers are protected by a guard ring for overvoltage protection.
