Product Overview

The DPG20C400PN is a high-performance, low-loss, fast recovery diode featuring a common cathode configuration and HiPerFRED technology. It offers very short recovery times, very low leakage current, and a very soft recovery behavior, contributing to reduced power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This diode is ideal for applications such as antiparallel diodes for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diodes, snubber diodes, and freewheeling diodes in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The planar passivated chips ensure improved thermal behavior and avalanche voltage rating for reliable operation.
