The UF1501 thru UF1506 series are 15A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. They feature low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capability, and a high current capability with a low forward voltage drop. The metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction contribute to their performance. A guard ring is incorporated for over-voltage protection.
