Designed and tested for repetitive peak operation, these SCR transistors are ideal for CD ignition, fuel ignitors, flash circuits, motor controls, and low-power switching applications. They offer a 150 Amperes for 2ms Safe Area, high dv/dt, very low on-state voltage at high current, and come in a low-cost TO-92 package.
