The GBP2005-GBP210 series are silicon bridge rectifiers designed for printed circuit board applications. They offer high voltage ratings up to 1000V PRV and surge overload capabilities up to 70A peak. Constructed using a reliable, inexpensive molded plastic technique with glass-passivated chip junctions, these rectifiers are lead solderable per MIL-STD-202 method 208 and feature UL flammability classification 94V-O. Ideal for various electronic power supply and conversion circuits.
