Product Overview
The Kxxx0yH is a high-energy bidirectional SIDAC switch designed for gas ignition applications requiring high current pulses, particularly at low repetition rates. It offers voltage activation between 190V and 280V and switches to a low on-state voltage. Conduction continues until the current drops below the minimum holding current. Available in DO-15, TO-92, and DO-214 packages, this solid-state switch is suitable for high voltage power supplies, natural gas igniters, and Xenon flash ignition.
