Littelfuse TCR22-x Series 1.5 Amp Sensitive SCRs

Excellent unidirectional switches for phase control applications like heating and motor speed controls. These sensitive gate SCRs are easily triggered by microAmps of current from sources such as sense coils, proximity switches, and microprocessors. Features include RoHS compliance, glass-passivated junctions, voltage capability up to 600V, and surge capability up to 20A. Typical applications include capacitive discharge systems for strobe lights, gas engine ignition, and controls for power tools, home appliances, and white goods.
