Product Overview
The LMUN5111T1G Series and S-LMUN5111T1G Series are PNP Silicon Bias Resistor Transistors (BRT) designed for surface mount applications. These integrated devices replace a single transistor and its external bias resistor network, consisting of a base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. This integration simplifies circuit design, reduces board space, and lowers component count. The BRTs are housed in the SC-70/SOT-323 package, suitable for low-power applications and compatible with wave or reflow soldering. The modified gull-winged leads offer enhanced thermal stress absorption during soldering, protecting the die.
