Product Overview
The IXYS DSSK 60-02A and DSSK 60-02AR are Power Schottky Rectifiers featuring common cathode configuration. These rectifiers are designed for high reliability circuit operation with very low forward voltage drop (VF) and extremely low switching losses. They offer low reverse current (IRM) values, ensuring low noise switching and reduced protection circuit requirements. The epoxy used meets UL 94V-0 standards. The DSSK 60-02AR variant is isolated and UL registered. Applications include rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and free-wheeling diodes in low voltage converters.
