SCR Littelfuse IXYS SJ6012D1TP ideal for phase control in heating motor speed and power converter systems
The SJxx12xx series of high junction temperature SCRs are designed for uni-directional switch applications. They are ideal for phase control in heating systems, motor speed controls, converters/rectifiers, inrush current control, and capacitive discharge ignitions. These SCRs feature a low gate current trigger level and are halogen-free and RoHS compliant, with a maximum junction temperature of 150C and surge capability up to 120A. They are recognized to UL 1557 as an Electrically Isolated Semiconductor Device. Typical applications include capacitive discharge systems for strobe lights, nailers, staplers, and gas engine ignition, as well as AC to DC applications and power controls for various appliances.
