Product Overview
The DH2x61-18A is a high-performance fast recovery diode featuring low loss and soft recovery characteristics. Designed with parallel legs and planar passivated chips, it offers very low leakage current, very short recovery time, and improved thermal behavior with very low Irm-values. Its soft reverse recovery minimizes EMI/RFI, and the low Irm reduces power dissipation and turn-on loss in commutating switches. This diode is suitable for various applications including antiparallel diodes for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diodes, snubber diodes, and free-wheeling diodes, as well as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The device is housed in a SOT-227B (minibloc) package, which is industry standard, RoHS compliant, and features a DCB isolated base plate.
