Product Overview
The DPG20C400PB is a high-performance, low-loss, fast recovery diode featuring common cathode configuration and HiPerFRED technology. It offers very short recovery times, very low leakage current, and improved thermal behavior with very low Irm-values and soft reverse recovery for reduced EMI/RFI. Its soft reverse recovery minimizes power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This diode is ideal as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and freewheeling diode. It is also used in rectifiers for switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
