Product Overview

The DPG30C300PB is a high-performance, fast recovery diode featuring low loss and soft recovery characteristics. Designed with planar passivated chips, it offers very low leakage current and a very short recovery time, contributing to improved thermal behavior and very low Irm-values. Its soft reverse recovery behavior minimizes EMI/RFI, and low Irm values reduce power dissipation and turn-on loss in commutating switches. This common cathode diode is ideal for applications such as antiparallel diodes for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diodes, snubber diodes, and freewheeling diodes. It is also suitable for rectifiers in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The diode is housed in a standard TO-220 package and is RoHS compliant.
