Product Overview
The DFE10I600PM is a single diode Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED) from Littelfuse, featuring planar passivated chips for low leakage current and very short recovery times. Its design offers improved thermal behavior and very soft recovery characteristics, reducing power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This diode is suitable for antiparallel diode applications in high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation, snubber circuits, and as rectifiers in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The TO-220FP package is industry-standard, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94V-0 for its epoxy, with a plastic overmolded tab and an isolation voltage of 2500 V~.
