The IXYS DSP 25 is a phase-leg rectifier diode series designed for single and three-phase bridge configurations. These diodes feature planar passivated chips and are available in international standard packages JEDEC TO-247 AD and TO-268 AA, with surface-mountable options. The epoxy material meets UL 94V-0 flammability classification. The Version AR is isolated and UL registered (E153432).
