The DSP8-12A is a standard phase leg rectifier featuring planar passivated chips for very low leakage current and low forward voltage drop. It offers improved thermal behavior and is designed for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations. This rectifier is housed in an industry-standard TO-220 package and is RoHS compliant, with its epoxy meeting UL 94V-0 standards.
