HFM101 thru HFM108 are surface mount glass passivated high efficiency rectifiers designed for use in very high frequency switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes. They offer ultrafast recovery times for high efficiency, excellent high-temperature switching, and soft recovery characteristics. The plastic package has an Underwriters Laboratories Flammability Classification 94V-0 and is compliant with ROHS requirements.
