Product Overview

The LMUN2211LT1G Series is a range of NPN silicon surface mount transistors featuring an integrated monolithic bias resistor network (BRT). This design simplifies circuit design by replacing individual transistors and external bias resistors, leading to reduced system cost and board space. The transistors are housed in a SOT-23 package, suitable for low-power surface mount applications, and are designed for wave or reflow soldering. The modified gull-winged leads offer thermal stress absorption during soldering, protecting the die. These devices are available on 8 mm embossed tape and reel.
