The LMUN5211T1G series represents a new generation of NPN silicon surface mount transistors featuring integrated monolithic bias resistor networks. These Bias Resistor Transistors (BRTs) are designed to replace discrete transistors and external biasing components, thereby simplifying circuit design, reducing board space, and lowering component counts. Housed in a compact SC-70/SOT-323 package suitable for low-power surface mount applications, these devices are ideal for various electronic designs. The package is designed to withstand soldering stresses, and the series is available on embossed tape and reel for automated assembly. Specific variants are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, indicated by an 'S-' prefix for automotive and other demanding applications.
