The HFMB205 is a surface mount, glass passivated, high efficiency rectifier. It is ideally suited for use in very high frequency switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes. Key features include ultrafast recovery time, excellent high-temperature switching, soft recovery characteristics, and a cavity-free glass passivated junction. It offers a typical reverse current of less than 1.0A and is guaranteed for high-temperature soldering up to 260C for 10 seconds.
