The SM320A thru SM3100A series of Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed for low voltage, high frequency applications such as inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection. These rectifiers feature a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, low power loss, high efficiency, and a guardring for overvoltage protection. They are suitable for high temperature soldering up to 260C for 10 seconds.
