Low Noise Zener Diode Series 1N5518B-1 thru 1N5546B-1
This series of low noise Zener diodes offers excellent performance with low reverse leakage and noise characteristics. Featuring double plug construction and metallurgical bonding, these diodes are available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV qualifications per MIL-PRF-19500/437. They are also available in a DO-213 MELF style package. The product is designed for applications requiring stable voltage regulation and low noise.
