Microsemi 678, 682, 695, and 696 Series Three Phase Standard and Fast Recovery Rectifiers
This series of high-current three-phase bridge rectifiers are constructed with hermetically sealed rectifiers, utilizing voidless glass encapsulation and internal "Category 1" metallurgical bonds for utmost reliability, similar to military applications. These 15A to 25A rectifier bridges are available with working peak reverse voltage ratings of 100 to 600 V per leg, suitable for applications requiring controlled avalanche characteristics and an electrically isolated aluminum case.
