The MB05S thru MB10S series are 0.5 Amp single-phase glass-passivated bridge rectifiers offering voltage ratings from 50 to 1000 Volts. These rectifiers feature glass-passivated diode construction, high temperature soldering guaranteed to 260C for 10 seconds, and a space-saving design for printed circuit boards. They are suitable for various applications requiring efficient rectification, with options for halogen-free and RoHS compliance. The series is UL Recognized.
