Product Overview
The UPS120e3 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier assembled in a Powermite 1 package. This package features a full metallic bottom to prevent solder flux entrapment and a unique locking tab for efficient heat dissipation, resulting in very low thermal resistance from junction to case. It is suitable for use in switching and regulating power supplies, as well as charge pump circuits.
