6.4 Volt Temperature Compensated Zener Reference Diodes

The 1N4565 thru 1N4584A-1 series of Zero-TC Reference Diodes offers 6.4 V nominal voltages with temperature coefficients as low as 0.0005%/C for minimal voltage change over temperature. Available with four operating currents (0.5 mA, 1.0 mA, 2.00 mA, and 4.00 mA), these glass axial-leaded DO-35 reference diodes provide a stable voltage reference for instrumentation and other circuit designs. An internal-metallurgical-bond option is available with a "-1" suffix, and military qualifications (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) are also offered.
