Product Overview
This series of surface mount, 1.5 watt glass Zener voltage regulators are military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/406, making them ideal for high-reliability applications. They feature hermetically sealed, void-less glass construction with an internal metallurgical bond, offering Zener selections from 3.3 to 200 volts with standard 5% tolerance, and available in 1% and 2% tolerances. These devices are non-sensitive to ESD and inherently radiation hard.
