The FSB70625 is an advanced Motion SPM 7 module designed for 3-phase inverter drivers in AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It integrates optimized gate drive for built-in FRFET MOSFETs to minimize EMI and losses, along with comprehensive on-module protection features including under-voltage lockouts, thermal monitoring, fault reporting, and interlock functions. An integrated HVIC translates logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage drive signals, and separate open-source terminals facilitate diverse control algorithms.
