The Niu Hang SR320 thru SR3200 series are Schottky Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. They feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, a guard ring for overvoltage protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, and ultra-low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers offer high surge capability and are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering.
