They feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, a guard ring for overvoltage protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, ultra-low forward voltage drop, and high surge capability. The plastic package has Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0.
