Product Overview
These Surface Mount Schottky Power Rectifiers employ a large area metal-to-silicon Schottky Barrier principle with epitaxial construction, oxide passivation, and metal overlay contact. They are ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. Key features include a small compact surface mountable package, highly stable oxide passivated junction, very low forward voltage drop, excellent ability to withstand reverse avalanche energy transients, and a guard-ring for stress protection. The devices pass ISO 7637 Pulse #1 and are PbFree, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant. SBRS8 and NRVB prefixes are available for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, and are AECQ101 Qualified and PPAP Capable.
